We recommend using the workout giudes for SLOW stretching.

 Follow the numbers on the guides and make sure to hold your position when extended.

 When repeating a set - make sure to rest 1 to 2 min between sets

Remember, when following the workout guides using your Power Glider, you will begin to notice your core becoming stronger over time, even when only stretching.  

Stretch only to your comfort level and do not over extend.
